Stations update automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network, so you don’t need to manually add or delete your most-played stations. Note that you can’t choose which stations are synced to your watch. If you use the auto-sync option, the stations on your watch update automatically based on your most-played stations on Pandora. If you have Thumbprint Radio on your Pandora account, it also downloads to your watch regardless of which option you choose. Check the progress of the download on the watch’s screen or in the Fitbit appĬhoose to manually update the Workout stations on your watch or to auto-sync up to 3 of your most-played Pandora stations. Depending on the amount of music being downloaded, this process can take at least 15 minutes per station. Stations download automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network, or tap Force Sync Now in the Pandora section of the Fitbit app to start a download without your charger.
